Michael Wilczak is the Chief Strategy Officer for iCIMS, where he spends his time defining, executing and communicating the company’s growth strategy.
At iCIMS, it’s his job to understand what is happening in the industry, identify risks and opportunities to the business, and lead new investments, acquisitions, and initiatives that enable iCIMS to sustain its revenue growth and capture market share.
Since joining iCIMS, Wilczak has been responsible for many of the company’s growth initiatives, including launching and scaling iCIMS’ Integrations, which has grown to include 700 global partners and 300 product integrations in the iCIMS Marketplace. He was also responsible for defining and implementing the company’s expansion into new markets and acquiring and managing the acquisition of TextRecruit in 2018 and Jibe in 2019 to expand iCIMS’ product portfolio. Wilczak also secured investments from Susquehanna in 2015 and Vista Equity Partners in 2018.
Wilczak has spent more than 20 years building great companies in the technology sector. Before joining iCIMS, he was a strategy consultant who worked with private equity firms to increase the revenue growth, profitability and the enterprise value of their portfolio companies. Prior to that, he spent five years as Senior Vice President of Strategy/Chief Strategy Officer for Wipro’s computing infrastructure business, where he led the company’s global expansion and transition to cloud-based services.
Before Wipro, Wilczak was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Infocrossing, a New Jersey based provider of SaaS-BPO and hosted infrastructure services, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, alliances, marketing, product development and investor relations for the NASDAQ-listed company. He holds a BS in Marketing from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
