Diane Fanelli

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer, Diane Fanelli leads global customer operations for iCIMS’ growing community of thousands of organizations across more than 200 countries and territories, including 25% of the Fortune 500. Fanelli joined iCIMS in 2020 and is responsible for strategizing daily operations across the business and leading the company’s professional services, award-winning customer success, technical support, revenue operations, partners, go-to-market enablement and customer training teams.

Fanelli is a customer-centric leader at heart and is passionate about anticipating clients’ needs, as her team guides them through global digital and talent transformation initiatives. Her team supports more than 3 million platform users and ecosystem of 800 technology partners to empower talent acquisition teams more efficiently build and retain strong teams.

Under her leadership, iCIMS was recognized with a Stevie American Business Award for Customer Service & Excellence. Fanelli has also been recognized with a CRN Channel Chief award and the CRN Women of the Channel award for her success in driving innovation, growth and revenue through channel partners and customers.

She has extensive senior leadership experience from global enterprise software companies, including COO roles at Citrix and SAP. Fanelli previously served as an executive sponsor of diversity and inclusion programs, including the Veterans to Work initiative at SAP, and is an active supporter of STEM initiatives to inspire today’s youth to focus on digital careers of tomorrow.
