Diane Fanelli

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer, Diane Fanelli leads global customer operations for iCIMS’ growing community of ~2.7 million global platform users and ecosystem of ~700 partners. Fanelli joined iCIMS in 2020 and is responsible for strategizing daily operations across the business and leading the company’s professional services, award-winning customer success, technical support, revenue operations, go-to-market enablement and customer training teams.

Fanelli is a customer-centric leader at heart and is passionate about anticipating clients’ needs, as her team guides them through digital and talent transformation and empowers them to build winning teams globally and navigate the new future of work.

Fanelli brings extensive senior leadership experience from global enterprise software companies, including COO roles at Citrix and SAP. She has previously served as an executive sponsor of diversity and inclusion programs, including the Veterans to Work initiative at SAP, and is an active supporter of STEM initiatives to inspire today’s youth to focus on digital careers of tomorrow.

Under her leadership, iCIMS was recognized with a Stevie American Business Award for Customer Service & Excellence in 2021. In 2019, Fanelli was recognized with a CRN Channel Chief award and the CRN Women of the Channel award in 2018 and 2017 for her success in driving innovation, growth and revenue through channel partners and customers.
