Nikki Grigsby is the Chief Customer Officer at ICIMS, the leading enterprise talent acquisition platform, where she leads the company’s customer success, professional services and technical support organizations. Serving as the voice of the customer, Grigsby has revamped ICIMS’ approach to customer engagement, building a model that goes beyond support to become a true strategic partner for talent acquisition teams navigating the complexities of hiring at a global scale. 

A customer-obsessed leader with deep roots as an HR practitioner, Grigsby brings a unique combination of operational excellence and human-centered leadership to the role. She is passionate about understanding the real challenges facing ICIMS customers and ensuring the company meets them with solutions, insight and partnership that drive lasting success. She has served as an executive sponsor for numerous diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and has been recognized with several accolades, including the 2024 OnCon Icon Award for Top 50 Operations Teams, the Leadership Excellence in Technology award by the National Diversity and Leadership Council, the Power 50 award by the Illinois Diversity Council and the Women of Distinction award. 

Prior to ICIMS, Grigsby served as Chief Operations & HR Officer at Syndigo, was a senior executive at Cision, and held several leadership roles at ADP. She is based in Chicago.
