At the heart of his work is a relentless focus on the customer, accelerating the product roadmap to meet the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and ensuring ICIMS consistently brings to market innovations that empower talent acquisition teams to make smarter, faster hiring decisions.
Under Connors’ leadership, ICIMS’ product organization is built to lead in AI innovation. Working in close partnership with engineering and go-to-market teams, he translates customer insight into product reality—spanning intelligent automation, AI‑powered candidate experiences, and enterprise‑grade governance—while helping ICIMS lead the category it helped define.
Prior to ICIMS, Connors served as COO at ICE Mortgage Technology, a division of ICE which owns and operates financial exchanges around the world, including the New York Stock Exchange. Before that, he served as General Manager of CoreLogic’s credit business and spent eight years at Yodlee helping drive the company through its IPO. He has also held roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft. Based in Denver, Connors holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
