As chief product officer, Eric Connors leads the global product strategy and drives the development of innovations at iCIMS to provide top-notch experiences to millions of users worldwide and deliver more value to customers as they build winning teams. Connors enables the company to continue transforming the future of talent acquisition and accelerate the responsible use of artificial intelligence while keeping the customer at the center of the product roadmap.
Before iCIMS, Connors served as chief operating officer (COO) at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Mortgage Technology, a division of ICE which owns and operates financial exchanges around the world, including the New York Stock Exchange. As COO, Eric led the overall strategy of ICE Mortgage – a leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry – including product and acquisitions, product management, user experience, product compliance and corporate development. During his time at ICE Mortgage, the company operated as an independent public company called Ellie Mae, then was taken private through an acquisition by the private equity firm Thoma Bravo, before the acquisition by ICE.
Prior to joining Ellie Mae/ICE Mortgage, Connors led CoreLogic’s credit business as its general manager, responsible for all facets of the division’s success, including strategy, product, compliance sales and operations. Before CoreLogic, Connors spent eight years at Yodlee, leading product strategy, release management and payment operations. As a member of the executive team, he helped drive the success of the company through their IPO.
Connors has also held roles in international strategy and business development for Oracle and in application development management for PeopleSoft. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
