Laura Coccaro is the chief people officer at iCIMS where she leads all people functions at iCIMS, including talent acquisition, development, management, total rewards and employee engagement. She is a people-first, passionate and forward-thinking leader with 15 years of experience in HR and talent roles. As CPO, Coccaro leads the company’s people strategy to build a dedicated and diverse team with an inclusive culture. She is focused on driving an equitable talent experience and enhancing employee engagement so the iCIMS team is empowered to do their best work to support customers to build the world’s winning workforces.
Prior to her current role, Laura served as chief of staff where she was responsible for driving the prioritization and execution of strategic plans and initiatives for the Office of the CEO and iCIMS’ leadership team. She previously served in a variety of talent leadership roles at iCIMS.
Prior to iCIMS, Coccaro spent nearly 10 years with Credit Suisse. She previously served as a vice president at Credit Suisse and held various roles across talent, partnering with a global and diverse set of business units on their talent initiatives and priorities. Coccaro worked across various functions, including core HR, internal mobility and campus recruiting.
Her career has provided her with the opportunity to understand the critical importance of having the right talent to drive business outcomes. Coccaro holds a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University.
