Previously, long applications were followed immediately by a talent assessment that took 10-20 minutes to complete.

The recruiting team shrank the application from 4 pages to 1 page and removed the assessment altogether. All knockout questions and EEO information are on the one page. The application now takes less than 3 minutes to complete.

The company further streamlined the experience by making it easy to apply from a mobile device. Today, between 60-75% of the company’s applications come from mobile devices.
