help you drive ROI

2023 was a big year at iCIMS. From new products and features to industry and employee recognitions. Here are some of our favorite moments and milestones.

Product innovation (0:05)

Our goal in 2023 was to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions and experiences across the talent acquisition journey. How’d we do?

Key product highlights for 2023:

Our products were also recognized for their features and innovation, including:

  • Top applicant tracking systems software, Select Software Reviews (iCIMS Applicant Tracking)
  • Highly commended, Tiara Talent Tech Star Awards U.S. (iCIMS Talent Cloud)
  • Gold technology excellent award, Brandon Hall Group (iCIMS Marketing Automation)
  • Leader for best applicant tracking systems, G2 (iCIMS Applicant Tracking)

Customer community (1:23)

This year we also welcomed a host of leading brands to our community, including major players in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail and more. In fact, 25% of the Fortune 500 uses iCIMS to build and retain their workforces.

This year, iCIMS customers:

  • Received 200M+ applications
  • Made 5.5M+ hires
  • Hosted 570M+ candidate profiles worldwide
  • Told 40,000 stories told through employee-generated videos
  • Helped 675,000 people apply through a chatbot
  • And scheduled 500,000+ interviews

Located in more than 200 countries and territories, the iCIMS community is huge. In 2023, we had the opportunity to connect with thousands of customers at events all around the world. We also helped connect community members with one another, including at our INSPIRE conference in San Diego, CA.

With all those brains to pick, we certainly had no shortage of data and insights to share. This year we led the industry in published thought leadership, including five exclusive research reports and 12 monthly workforce reports.

Industry recognition (2:46)

You could say all this generated some buzz. In 2023 we were featured by some of the most influential media publications, including Bloomberg, Cheddar, Reuters, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and many others.

We were reviewed and recognized by several industry analysts. Highlights include iCIMS being named “Strategic leader” in the Fosway 9-Grid for talent acquisition, and “Leader” in the 2023 Nucleus Research Standalone 9-Grid for talent acquisition.

We continued to invest in our people (3:02)

You’ve heard us say it before: Winning businesses are powered by winning teams. Our successes in 2023 are no exception – thanks in large part to the hundreds of our global team members who participated in trainings to hone their skills.

That’s why we were thrilled to be recognized as a Great Place to Work and have our talent acquisition award as a “Team Magnet” by Transform. Even better, multiple iCIMS employees were recognized by outside organizations for their contributions to the industry, including Laura Coccaro, Chief People Officer, and Andreea Wade, VP Product Strategy.

2023 was a busy year at iCIMS. Yet our employees still found time to give back to our local communities by donating food, clothes and hundreds of volunteer hours.

To all our customers, you helped make 2023 a great year. Here’s to 2024 – and continuing to transform talent acquisition.
