As Chief Revenue Officer, Tom Martin is responsible for the strategic and operational growth of the sales and services organizations. He oversees more than 350 team members and is charged with scaling the business while delivering a best-in-class experience to customers.
Martin brings more than 25 years of knowledge to iCIMS, with an extensive background overseeing large, global teams in sales and operations, along with a proven track record of generating revenue growth. Prior to his role as CRO at iCIMS, Martin held senior leadership positions at several companies, including Hewlett Packard, Symantec, Rackspace, and Nuance Communications.
Martin holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA in Business Administration from Pacific University. In addition to being an accomplished executive leader in the technology space, he also served in the United States Navy.
