President & interim CEO

As President & interim CEO, Ronald Kasner is responsible for setting the mission, vision and strategy for the company, as it maintains its position as the leading recruitment software provider in every market served. Under his leadership, iCIMS is committed to improving talent acquisition and business outcomes for its growing community of 4,000+ customers. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, he leads iCIMS' efforts for continued fast growth and scale, as it aims to exceed $500 million in revenue.

Kasner first joined iCIMS in 2010 as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel, then served as Chief Financial Officer for more than three years, where he was responsible for the general and administrative operations of the business, including finance and accounting, infrastructure shared services, talent and legal affairs. Most recently, Kasner served as President & COO for two years, centralizing all operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, talent, corporate infrastructure and product development.

Since Kasner arrived, he has helped grow the company's employee base from 100 to over 1,000 and to more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue. iCIMS has since been named one of the Best Places to Work nationally by Glassdoor and in New Jersey by NJBIZ.

Kasner holds a BS in Commerce with Distinction from McIntire School of Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. He was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the New Jersey Technology Council. As an accomplished strategic and operational leader, he also advises other executives on strategic planning, operational excellence, and scaling fast growth businesses.
