Chief Customer Officer

Charles Mah is the chief customer officer at iCIMS where he leads the company’s customer experience organization focused on customer advocacy and success. Mah serves as a thought leader, advocate and partner to global talent leaders, empowering each and every iCIMS customer to attract, engage, hire and advance the talent they need to build a winning workforce.

Previously, Mah served as iCIMS’ chief evangelist, acting as an advisor and strategist across iCIMS’ business.

With more than 15 years of experience in the talent industry, he brings a deep understanding of today’s workforce, and the common challenges business leaders face in maintaining and growing their organizations. Prior to joining iCIMS, held talent acquisition and leadership roles at companies including Workday, SAP and Databricks.
