The Challenge

When we measure a company’s success, the focus is often centered on revenue, rather than shining a light on the biggest driver of those numbers - employee talent. Gannett Fleming realized getting recruitment right from the start would fuel their business success.

Tasked with a new business objective of maximizing efficiency, they needed to improve their hiring operations without losing out on top talent.

Feeling overwhelmed with the large amount of applications flowing in, they spent up to $6,000 on third-party recruiting agencies to fill open positions on top of trying to work within their application tracking system (ATS), Ceridian.
