Message: Hello [candidate’s name], this is [recruiter/sourcer name] from [organization name]. Just wanted to check if you received our recent email welcoming you to our Talent Community. We’re excited to have you on board! I wanted to invite you to check out this video [link] to see what career pathing looks like at [organization name]. Reply if you have any questions. Thanks!

At this stage in the process, it’s important to keep the videos more general because they haven’t applied yet and you haven’t gotten the chance to see much detail about what interests each job seeker. • What are the benefits like at [organization name]?
  • How does [organization name] support your life outside of work?
  • Share a story about when you’ve used one of our benefits and its impact on you and/or others.
