Today, Benefit’s recruiting team uses virtual video interviews to get to know candidates before committing to an in-person session, many of which take place in the field. The switch has proven beneficial for all involved. Now, Benefit’s team assess applications with the click of a button, screening up to 100 video interviews each week. Getting through large volumes of resumes no longer feels like an overwhelming task.
