The HR Technology Conference is a free interactive online event with a 20+ year history. After the success from its first-ever virtual conference in the fall, HR Tech added a spring virtual event, to bring us all together again at a time when peer support and expertise is needed most to thrive in this evolving talent space. This year’s focus is twofold: 1) share how technology assists HR and IT professionals during challenging times, and 2) provide expert guidance for what lies ahead.

Every candidate’s experience is unique – the excitement, the anticipation, the conversations. But, for historically excluded talent they commonly encounter dismissiveness, bias, or see a lack of representation that can discourage them from applying or accepting a position.
In fact, 62% of candidates would turn down an offer if they felt diversity wasn’t valued.
It’s your job to remove some of these hurdles to create an inclusive and equitable path. And it requires you to get personal to build authentic relationships with each candidate – all while being methodical in your execution to scale.
