Jewell Parkinson joined iCIMS in 2020 as the chief people officer, bringing over 25 years of experience empowering high performance teams. Parkinson is a purpose-driven global human resources leader with a passion for innovation and delivering results. She is responsible for all people functions including talent acquisition, development, management, and total rewards.
In partnership with the company’s business leaders, Parkinson leads the design, delivery, and adoption of solutions that ensure both people strategy and programs yield a sustainable business impact. She is dedicated to architecting a diverse, inclusive culture and driving an equitable candidate and employee experience and so people are empowered to do their best work to support customers to build the world’s winning workforces.
Parkinson previously served as senior vice president of human resources at SAP, as well as an organizational development consultant at ARCO Chemical Company. Her extensive experience includes providing leadership on strategic priorities in the areas of global workforce strategic planning, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, incentive design, talent development, productivity insights, and digital transformation management.
Her passion for human resources stems from her psychology and business administration studies at Millersville University, which led her to achieve a master’s degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.
Jewell enjoys reading, traveling with family, playing golf, and supporting organizations and causes committed to improving people’s lives. Her leadership contributions have been recognized by Great Place to Work for All, NAFE (National Assoc. of Female Executives) and the Pennsylvania Diversity Council.
