According to an iCIMS survey, 72 percent of job seekers have used a mobile device to research a company, 70 percent used this method to search for a job, and 40 percent to apply. With so many job seekers using their mobile devices to find and apply for a job, it is now easier than ever for job seekers to watch video content or conduct video phone interviews from the convenience of their phones.
