HEI Hotels partners with well-known franchises to manage their hotels and hospitality properties across the United States.

Its portfolio of 80 properties includes major brands like Hilton, Marriot, and Holiday Inn, along with independent wineries and hotels. Each year their team hires between 2,000 and 3,000 hourly employees.

HEI’s previous applicant tracking software, included with ADP, lacked strong data and metrics tracking, came with limited onboarding capabilities, was difficult to use.

The overall flexibility of our current system was low. We couldn’t configure nearly as much as we can with iCIMS.
