Opening up our platform to third-party developers: We’re opening up our platform-as-a-service — the most widely adopted in talent acquisition — to all third-party developers to build, extend and deploy solutions with our technology and provide a superior experience for employers and their candidates.
Rolling out our next generation of system connectors: Following the success of our seamless integrators that allow employers to view third-party solutions within our application ¾ Prime Connectors for background checks and assessments ¾ we are doing the same for video-interviewing and reference-checking solutions providers.
Supporting Indeed’s easy-apply feature: To help drive a higher application rate, we’ll provide a better integration with Indeed so that candidates can use Indeed’s easy-apply feature with our more-than 4,000 customers’ career sites.
Launching a portal for candidates to control their data: Because looking for a job is often a convoluted experience that involves filling out duplicative forms and profiles, we will introduce a website dedicated to candidates to provide them with greater control of their data, track their applications, and make it easier to apply and engage potential employers.
