We have good news for those of you who struggle with writer’s block. iCIMS Copilot now includes an email writing assistant within iCIMS Candidate Experience Management (CXM) and iCIMS Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) . Just prompt Copilot with a few basic details about the email you want to send and watch as it instantly writes a first pass – or refines what you already have.
On launch, iCIMS CXM provided recruiting teams with powerful marketing automation tools.
We’re happy to announce a library of campaign templates that make it easier for CXM users to act like professional marketers. While you can build campaigns from scratch, customers now have access to pre-built templates for campaigns that are proven and effective. Examples include campaigns designed to reengage dormant talent pools or target silver medalist candidates.
