MATAWAN, N.J. [October 24, 2016] – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, announced that Neal Dittersdorf has joined the team as general counsel and corporate secretary.
In his new role, Dittersdorf will oversee the company’s legal, compliance, data privacy and protection and risk management functions, along with its corporate governance.

Prior to iCIMS, Dittersdorf served as the executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Intersections Inc., which provides identity and privacy protection services and other data and technology services to consumers and businesses. Dittersdorf also served as the general counsel and corporate secretary for Credit Management Solutions, Inc., which developed an early Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and online lending platform that ultimately led to the technological transformation of the automobile finance industry. Additionally, he led the intellectual property and technology transactions practices at law firms, and earlier in his career was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
