The release will begin rolling out to ICIMS customers on Oct. 26.

ICIMS Hiring Agent Brings Agentic Recruiting Into the Flow of Work

The ICIMS Hiring Agent is a new AI-powered interface built on the ICIMS Intelligent Hiring Platform. The ICIMS Hiring Agent can track hiring activity, decide what requires attention and brings it to the right person in Microsoft Teams. Every action syncs with ICIMS workflows and candidate records, keeping hiring connected across the process while ensuring hiring teams remain in control. The agent prioritizes and prompts, but recruiters and managers always make the call.

With the ICIMS Hiring Agent, teams can:

• Take action in the flow of work: Bring candidate reviews, approvals and hiring actions directly into Microsoft Teams while staying connected to ICIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows and records.

New ICIMS Platform Enhancements Help Recruiters Automate Workflows 

The ICIMS Fall Release expands automation across the hiring journey with customer-inspired enhancements. These help global enterprise organizations streamline administrative work, identify risk earlier and create more connected candidate experiences. New enhancements include:

• Candidate fraud detection: Last week, ICIMS announced a new Fraud Detection integration category coming soon to the ICIMS Marketplace, beginning with Socure and ApplicantX by Brilliant, to help organizations verify candidates and identify potential fraud risk earlier in the hiring process.
• Hiring automation for video interviews: Video conferencing interview templates now work with hiring automation. When a rule triggers, the Zoom or Microsoft Teams interview is scheduled and the invitation goes out automatically, with no recruiter coordination needed.
• Turnkey integrations for assessments and background screening: Administrators can activate supported Assessment partners (Criteria) and Background screening and I-9 and E-Verify partners (Verified First and Checkr) in a few clicks. No professional services engagement or an additional ICIMS integration subscription fee required. This helps recruiting teams connect key hiring technologies, evaluate candidates more consistently and accelerate time-to-value.
• Automated offers through DocuSign: An enhanced offer template editor gives teams more control over document formatting. Once an offer receives final approval, ICIMS can automatically trigger the DocuSign send, so approved offers reach candidates without another recruiter action. Administrators can choose to auto-send offers through the career portal, DocuSign or both.
• Career site and employer branding enhancements: Upgrades to the ICIMS Career Site CMS make it easier for teams to manage a branded candidate experience with less reliance on technical resources. Teams can preview widget-level styling before publishing and edit content while keeping the page in view. New event publishing capabilities automatically publish recruiting events created in ICIMS Candidate Experience Management (CXM) to the career site using the organization’s existing brand design, so candidates can discover and register for events alongside open jobs.
• Verified integration with candidate.fyi: The integration with ICIMS ATS provides customers with additional interview management workflow options to tailor candidate experiences and operational processes to their unique hiring needs.
