For more than a decade, it’s been my personal mission to innovate the job application process because it’s one of the most impactful ways to help everyone who is part of the hiring process. So it goes without saying that I’m proud to finally reveal our LinkedIn Apply Connect integration at INSPIRE. I want to share more about what this means for you, and your talent.
What is Apply Connect?
Apply Connect is a seamless jobs integration between the iCIMS Talent Cloud and LinkedIn Jobs. It enables customers to post their iCIMS powered job opportunities on LinkedIn and allows job seekers to apply to them directly on LinkedIn.
This means that candidates won’t have to leave LinkedIn to complete an application. Rather than toggling back and forth between different windows with different logins, candidates will now have the ability to move through the application process in one place.
Job seekers will benefit from a streamlined experience and employers will see higher conversion rates. The result is a better candidate experience and a frictionless path to building your winning workforce.
What does this integration mean for iCIMS customers?
Through Apply Connect, customers save significant time and can make faster decisions by identifying the best candidates through the power of LinkedIn insights, improved matching, and skills relevant to the job, right in their iCIMS Candidate Profile.
What does this mean for job seekers?
Through LinkedIn skills and skill assessments, applicants can now stand out and improve their chances of getting their dream job. They also get to hear back and receive notifications on where they are in the process, for example, when their application was viewed or a job was closed.
Apply Connect also works with iCIMS Talent AI to further understand a candidate’s skills, capabilities, and future potential. The resume, relevant skills, and skills assessments data that the candidate elects to share during the application process helps with future recommendations for career advancement opportunities provided by Talent Cloud AI. For talent, they can walk into a new role and already have an internal mobility plan in hand that outlines upskilling and advancement opportunities.
