ICIMS Opens STAR Awards Nominations to Celebrate Customer Excellence in Recruiting and Hiring

Annual customer recognition program honors the organizations pushing talent acquisition forward through innovation, AI adoption and measurable business results.

HOLMDEL, N.J. [Sept. 14, 2026] — ICIMS, the Intelligent Hiring Platform, today opened nominations for the ICIMS 2027 STAR (Strategic Talent Acquisition Recognition) Awards, the company’s annual customer recognition program designed to celebrate the organizations that are advancing modern talent acquisition and improving hiring outcomes through innovation, technology and AI.

Now in its second year, the ICIMS STAR Awards recognize ICIMS customers who are rethinking how their organizations hire and demonstrate the business impact of their talent acquisition strategies.

Nominees are invited to share how their hiring strategies have improved business outcomes, enhanced the candidate experience, increased recruiting efficiency or leveraged innovation to solve complex hiring challenges. Organizations of all sizes and across industries currently using ICIMS solutions are eligible to participate.

2027 ICIMS STAR Award categories:

• STAR of the Year: Recognizes the overall standout example of hiring transformation, honoring an organization that has driven measurable business impact, innovation and recruiting success through its partnership with ICIMS.
• AI Pioneer: Celebrates an ICIMS customer that is leading the way in using ICIMS AI to transform hiring processes, improve recruiter productivity and deliver better hiring outcomes while taking a thoughtful and responsible approach to innovation.
• Candidate Experience Champion: This recipient sets the standard for an exceptional, human-centered candidate experience by using ICIMS solutions to engage and convert talent throughout the hiring journey. This includes organizations using solutions from the ICIMS Engage suite, including AI-powered candidate relationship management, digital assistants and modern career sites.

Nominations close on October 15, 2026, and winners will be announced in January 2027.
