ICIMS Integrates with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to Deliver a More Connected Experience and Help Recruiting Teams Hire Quality Talent

[Oct. 14, 2026] —ICIMS, the Intelligent Hiring Platform, today announced LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Plus (RSC+) for Hiring Assistant will be available for ICIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Expected to launch in Spring 2027 for customers using LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, RSC+ will enhance LinkedIn’s flagship Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integration by connecting ICIMS ATS, the #1 ATS in market share, with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, LinkedIn’s AI tool for recruiters. 

How LinkedIn RSC+ for Hiring Assistant Will Work with ICIMS 

With RSC+, recruiting teams will be able to evaluate and manage applicants for their open roles regardless of where they applied. By bringing together applicant data from ICIMS with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant insights, recruiting teams can gain a unified view of applicants and get to qualified shortlists faster. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant evaluations will sync back to ICIMS ATS, allowing recruiters to review candidates wherever they choose to work without switching between systems. This will help reduce manual review, streamline applicant evaluation and improve efficiency throughout the hiring process. 

RSC+ will build on the existing LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect integration by syncing applicant data from ICIMS into LinkedIn Hiring Projects tied to a connected ICIMS requisition. Recruiters will then be able to use LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to evaluate applicants against their hiring criteria using both LinkedIn profile insights and ICIMS ATS resume data.

LinkedIn RSC+ for Hiring Assistant Can Deliver Value to ICIMS Customers: 

• More complete applicant evaluations: RSC+ unlocks deeper applicant evaluations, allowing Hiring Assistant to combine LinkedIn profile insights and ICIMS ATS resume data to give recruiters a more comprehensive picture of their applicants. 
• Faster shortlisting and recruiter productivity: Recruiters will be able to evaluate and manage all applicants in Hiring Assistant, regardless of the source of the application. LinkedIn estimates that recruiters using RSC+ for Hiring Assistant are expected to save an average of 1.5 hours per role shortlisting applicants, helping them identify and prioritize top candidates faster. 
• A connected recruiting workflow: LinkedIn Hiring Assistant evaluation insights will sync back to ICIMS in real time, allowing recruiters to surface applicants based on evaluation results directly in ICIMS ATS.
