iCIMS CMO Recognized Amongst Industry’s Top Female Executives

Susan Vitale honored as Stevie Award recipient for Women in Business

MATAWAN, N.J. [November 22, 2016] – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition software, announced today that Chief Marketing Officer, Susan Vitale, was honored as a Stevie Award winner for Women in Business. During Friday’s ceremony, Vitale received the bronze award for female executives in computing software and services. The Stevie Awards recognize the achievements of executive women, entrepreneurs, and the organizations they help operate.

“I can’t express how delighted I am to be honored among such an impressive group of female business leaders,” said Vitale. “I feel fortunate to have been given such great opportunities and latitude at iCIMS over my eleven years at the company and am proud to represent women in technology. My advice to other women in business is to surround yourself by people better than you; use data, but trust your gut; and connect yourself to corporate strategy and revenue.”

In her role, Vitale oversees brand, communications and direct marketing. She also plays an active role in the company’s portfolio strategy, helping to ensure iCIMS’ products and platform best support the ever-changing HR technology industry. A graduate of Lehigh University, Vitale joined iCIMS straight out of college in 2005 as a marketing coordinator. She quickly moved through the ranks, becoming the director of marketing, and then, before the age of 30, chief marketing officer. Her hard work was also recognized in April when she was inducted into the 2016 Marketing Hall of Femme.
