iCIMS CEO Recognized in Annual List of HR Industry Leaders

MATAWAN, N.J. (February 17, 2016) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, is pleased to announce that its chief executive officer, Colin Day has been named a 2015 Superstar by HRO Today magazine.

The Superstars Directory is an annual list of industry leaders who have demonstrated forward thinking and transformative actions in the field of HR. For two consecutive years, Day has been recognized and highlighted for his contributions within the HR technology providers’ space.

“We’ve achieved many milestones in 2015, which made it an excellent year for us at iCIMS, but these accomplishments have only set the bar that much higher for 2016,” said iCIMS chief executive officer, Colin Day. “We continue to champion talent acquisition as its own category, and as we extend our capabilities to serve as the technology hub across attracting, screening and hiring top talent, we feel we are doing just that. With our cloud software, we are providing best-to market products and seamless connections to other HR solutions, offering employers a unified recruiting experience.”

The 2015 Superstars Directory recognizes three categories of leadership, each with a significant impact on the success equation: Providers, Practitioners, and Advisors/Analysts. Providers deliver the services that practitioners leverage, and advisors/analysts offer expertise and guidance. Each year, Superstars are nominated by the HRO Today editorial staff.

In 2015, Day was also named one of the highest ranked CEOs on Glassdoor for Small and Medium companies.
