iCIMS Celebrates Milestone: One Million Applicants Submitted Through the iCIMS Apply Network

HOLMDEL, NJ [June 26, 2025] – iCIMS, the leading talent acquisition software company trusted by the world’s best brands, today announced more than one million applicants have successfully submitted through the iCIMS Apply Network. This milestone underscores the power of iCIMS’ connected partner ecosystem to improve candidate experiences, elevate recruiter efficiency and simplify hiring at scale for thousands of customers around the world.

For years, the job application process has been fragmented and inefficient. Candidates were often redirected between systems, required to re-enter information multiple times, and they faced inconsistent application experiences, leading to increased frustration and high drop-off rates. Employers struggled with poor data quality and missed out on qualified talent. The iCIMS Apply Network was built to solve these challenges.

Launched in 2024, the iCIMS Apply Network is an integrated ecosystem of third-party job sites and other connected vendors that enables talent acquisition teams to create, manage and distribute job applications to multiple job sites—all from within the iCIMS ATS—and capture and sync candidate information into iCIMS automatically. With the iCIMS Apply Network, job seekers benefit from a seamless, streamlined application experience on supported sites.

Available to all iCIMS customers, the iCIMS Apply Network is supported by job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Hire Intelligence, Dalia, Nexxt and JobTarget. Additional partners—including Veritone Hire and Talroo—will become available in future releases.
