Program guidelines 

  • Points can be earned for activities completed from Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2026, and points earned in calendar year 2026 may be redeemed through March 31,2027. Any unused points after March 31, 2027 will automatically expire. 
  • An invoice credit of 1% or $10,000, whichever is greater, up to a cap of $20,000. It will be applied to a future invoice. 
  • The 90-day fulfilment window allows Finance and Services teams to forecast and schedule impact (credits/hours) without disrupting current quarter operations.​​ 
  • Points are earned by the company and can be pooled across all participating contacts at that company. 
  • To earn points as a Product Pioneer, participants must attend at least 1 UX session and contribute to at least 4 discussions in the Product Pioneer ICIMS Community Group.
