iCIMS' Offer Management & Onboarding

iCIMS’ core functionality gives users the tools they need to easily facilitate the offer process. Once a candidate has been selected for a position, users can route offers through the proper channels for approval. As with iCIMS’ requisition approval tools, offer approvers can accept proposals via PDAs or outside email programs, and do not need access to iCIMS in order to approve the offer.

With iCIMS’ Talent Platform, users can send branded offer letters to candidates through the Communication Center, which supports offer letter templates, as well as creation of new offer letters at any time. Offer packages, including offer and onboarding forms, may be sent via email for completion and signature, or may be printed and sent via US mail. And even though your recruitment team may have received offer acceptance from the ideal candidate, that doesn't mean the job is over. The onboarding process is extremely important in creating a positive transition for a new employee. The faster you can help your new employees feel comfortable, the more quickly they can contribute to your organization’s goals.
