iCIMS Renames its iRecruiter™ Software to iCIMS' Talent Platform
- Software-as-a-Service Provider Modifies Product Name to Reflect Pre- and Post-hire Technology Capabilities -HAZLET, N.J. (September 01, 2008) - iCIMS, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of talent management platforms, today announced it will cease using the name iRecruiter for its human resources software and instead refer to the technology as the iCIMS Talent Platform.
Moving away from iRecruiter better aligns iCIMS’ product name with its software capabilities, which includes technology for corporations’ pre- and post-hire business needs. The iCIMS Talent Platform is able to support HR needs beyond recruitment; covering the entire employee lifecycle from sourcing and applicant tracking through hiring and onboarding and into post-hire employee management, including performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
One of iCIMS’ key differentiators is the company’s approach to the development and delivery of these solutions--rather than offer the capabilities as individual stand-alone modules or databases, iCIMS enables corporations to manage their pre- and post-hire needs within one SaaS platform that scales to meet evolving HR programs.

iCIMS’ solution and service offerings will not be directly affected by the product name change. The organization will continue to offer recruitment management tools along with its post-hire tools on one web-based platform.
