Each year, Glassdoor names the top 50 large companies (with at least 1,000 employees) to work for as part of its Employee’s Choice Awards. This year, Glassdoor added the Top 50 Best Medium-Sized Companies (with 250-999 employees) list to the annual recognitions. Companies who join iCIMS in the first winner’s circle for the new list include other progressive, high-growth organizations like Motley Fool, Hubspot, RetailMeNot, and Zillow.
On a scale from 1 to 5, iCIMS employees were asked to score their employer on culture & value, work/life balance, senior management, compensation & benefits and career opportunities. The top rated categories for the company include culture & value (4 out of 5), work/life balance (4.3 out of 5), and career opportunities (3.8 out of 5). Furthermore, almost 80 percent of employees said they would recommend iCIMS to a friend.
