As chief operating officer, Diane Fanelli leads global customer operations for iCIMS’ growing community of ~2.7 million global platform users and ecosystem of ~700 partners. She joined iCIMS in 2020 and is responsible for strategizing daily operations across the business and leading the company’s professional services, award-winning customer success, technical support, revenue operations, go-to-market enablement and customer training teams.
Rhea Moss is director of data insights and customer experience at iCIMS. She oversees the iCIMS Insights program, which aggregates and anonymizes the billions of data points iCIMS’ software processes per year and transforms them into actionable insights to help drive business and hiring strategies. Previously, Rhea was head of products at prescriptive data, and served as product and program managers at MongoDB and Thomson Reuters.

His career spans more than 20 years as a lawyer and an executive with not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, including IAC, Paramount Pictures, Blockbuster Entertainment Group and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He serves on the boards of Guild Education and XPO Logistics, and as vice chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of Miami.
Jackie Schierenberg is vice president of candidate experience for CommonSpirit Health and brings 24 years of experience in talent acquisition, technology and talent branding. A true believer in the art of relationship building, Jackie is active in several associations, including SourceCon and Talent Brand Alliance. Jackie enjoys helping candidates achieve their career goals and discovering their “why” for joining an organization.
Rameen Fattahi is the director of recruiting and insights at Rivian, an electric vehicle manufacturer in California. An innovative recruiting leader, Rameen previously held positions at Apple, Tesla, Huawei Technologies and Facebook. He has a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior from UC Davis and currently lives in the Bay Area with his family and their dog, Tupac.
Stephanie Shaw is vice president of enterprise technology at The Wendy’s Company, where she prioritizes supporting people and processes to ensure productive solutions, not just technology. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and community engagement, Stephanie helped initiate two employee resource groups at Wendy’s. In 2021, Stephanie was recognized as one of the National Diversity Council’s Top 100 Women in Technology.
