CUSTOMER ADVISORY COUNCIL
At iCIMS, our customers are our best engineers. That's why we take the time to listen to them, and provide forums for customers to exchange ideas. One of these forums is the iCIMS Customer Advisory Council (CAC). This user conference is comprised of a subset of iCIMS customers that meet regularly to discuss HR issues, iCIMS' solutions, and ideas for product improvements.

Suggestions received from these user conferences become an integral part of the iCIMS product roadmap, as well as iCIMS' future expansion plans.

2008 iCIMS Customer Advisory Council

Our 2008 CAC was hosted by CareerBuilder, held at their corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. Bill Kutik of Human Resource Executive was our guest speaker this year, leading important industry discussions with our clients. The CAC also featured a forum dedicated solely to our clients’ suggestions and advice for improvements.

In the spirit of Web 2.0, 2008’s theme was: "Generation Web 2.0, Social Networks and Online Technologies." The theme centered on the rise of Web 2.0 technologies and social networks such as Facebook and MySpace, and their impact on recruiting.


Former CAC Hosts

Since 2004, iCIMS clients from across the country have gathered in one location for the CAC event. Many of iCIMS’ clients have not only participated in the CAC, but have also hosted it in the past.
