CUSTOMER ADVISORY COUNCIL
At iCIMS, our customers are our best engineers. That's why we take the time to listen to them, and provide forums for customers to exchange ideas. One of these forums is the iCIMS Customer Advisory Council (CAC). This user conference is comprised of a subset of iCIMS customers that meet regularly to discuss HR issues, iCIMS' solutions, and ideas for product improvements.

Suggestions received from these user conferences become an integral part of the iCIMS product roadmap, as well as iCIMS' future expansion plans.

2009 iCIMS Customer Advisory Council

iCIMS is hosting the 2009 CAC at our Corporate Headquarters in Hazlet, New Jersey with special events taking place in New York City. This year's CAC will be exploring the theme- "Beyond the ATS" and will examine current trends in talent management. The CAC will incorporate partner and client presentations, as well as forums and round table discussions with iCIMS customers from around the world.

At iCIMS, we recognize our customers as our greatest asset! As always, we are excited for the opportunity to sit down with our industry leading clients and listen to their first hand user feedback and suggestions.


Former CAC Hosts

Since 2004, iCIMS clients from across the country have gathered in one location for the CAC event. Many of iCIMS’ clients have not only participated in the CAC, but have also hosted it in the past.
