iCIMS Reaches Eleventh Consecutive Year on Inc. 500|5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies

Leading cloud-based recruitment software provider ranks 73 in New Jersey due to 30+ percent year-over-year growth

MATAWAN, N.J. [August 17, 2016] – Many successful companies reach a healthy period of substantial growth, but only some can sustain such growth for more than ten years. iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announces it is one of only two software companies in the country – and the only company in New Jersey – to have earned a place on the Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for the eleventh consecutive year due to its continued revenue growth.

Started in 2000 and profitable for thirteen years, iCIMS reached a major milestone in October 2015 by surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue. The company demonstrated a growth rate of 134 percent over the past three years and ranked 527 places higher than its ranking within the 2015 Inc. list. The company’s success can be attributed to its addition of more than 1,000 customers in 2015 alone and a 37 percent increase in revenue over the previous year.

The demand for specialized talent acquisition software has increased significantly over the past few years and iCIMS’ talent acquisition suite, comprised of recruitment marketing, applicant tracking and onboarding software, is now used by more than 3,500 customers worldwide. Further complexities of modern recruitment, such as social recruiting, background screening, assessments and video interviewing have laid the foundation for iCIMS’ future growth strategies via the concept of a “hub” for all things talent acquisition. In June, iCIMS launched UNIFi, its Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) framework that enables other developers to build and integrate applications that work seamlessly with the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite. UNIFi includes a marketplace of the industry’s largest ecosystem of third-party products in talent acquisition, with more than 100 add-on products available to iCIMS customers, and a visualization layer to better centralize data reporting and analytics across multiple HR technologies from within the iCIMS platform.

Rising with and further contributing to the company’s success is its growth rate of employees. In 2015, headcount increased by 42 percent. The company recently signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to Bell Works, the historical Bell Labs building in Holmdel, N.J., providing space for up to 2,000 employees.
