Jody Kaminsky is the Chief Marketing Officer at ICIMS, a leading enterprise talent acquisition platform, and a marketing leader with over 30 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition technology. She is passionate about transforming how enterprise software companies show up, scale up and stand out in competitive markets.
At ICIMS, Kaminsky leads the company’s global marketing strategy, overseeing demand generation, events, customer and product marketing, brand, communications, analyst relations, thought leadership and creative production. Most recently, she spearheaded a comprehensive brand refresh to mark ICIMS’ evolution into an AI-powered hiring platform, partnering across the business to transform product packaging and go-to-market strategy so that ICIMS’ business approach is as forward-looking as the platform itself.
Before joining ICIMS, Kaminsky served as CMO at UKG, a $4+ billion enterprise software company formed through the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, where she led the global marketing organization through a complex dual-brand integration. Prior to UKG, she served as CMO of Ultimate Software for more than a decade, helping scale the business from 300 employees and $800M in revenue to more than 6,000 employees and $1.4B in revenue. Earlier in her career, she held progressive marketing roles at Ultimate Software and communications roles at General Electric.
Kaminsky is a frequent speaker on marketing communications, demand generation, company culture and employer branding. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Florida and an M.A. in English from the University of Maryland. Based in Florida, she brings a passion for building teams and brands that leave a lasting mark.
