An entrepreneurial-spirited technologist with a rare blend of engineering depth and business acumen, Pandya is based in Pennsylvania and has built a career at the intersection of technology vision and organizational leadership — with a proven track record of developing high-performance engineering teams and delivering product experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. He has served as a multi-time CTO and CPO of PE-backed SaaS businesses across a range of industries. 

Prior to ICIMS, Pandya held technology leadership roles at NuORDER by Lightspeed, EagleView, eBay Enterprise, Lockheed Martin, Smarsh and International SOS, and served as Executive Director in the technology consulting group at Vista Equity Partners. He is the founder and managing director of Saha Growth Partners and serves on the board of Ntirety.
