Employee videos have helped increase job seekers’ time on Uber’s career site. Current interns share videos they produce using iCIMS on their personal LinkedIn and social media pages, some of which rack up over 10K views. This alone drove strong brand awareness and traffic to the company’s career site among networks Uber wouldn’t otherwise have had access to.
During the pilot period, videos in Uber’s job description pages led to a 22% increase in page views and 14% increase in time spent on the page.
