Regardless of college major or professional experience, the majority of our new hires will go through our Leadership Development Program.

Our program will focus on the development of the skills and knowledge necessary for your future career with iCIMS. You will be given the opportunity to grow professionally, while simultaneously learning our business from the ground up.

Through our comprehensive training program, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of our business values, our company culture and our product. You will also have the opportunity to deal directly with our clients and gain exposure to key areas within iCIMS, including individual departments, divisions and job functions. Our program will also provide you with developmental feedback and the opportunity for accelerated career growth.

Upon completion of the program, you will move into your permanent full-time position within the company. LDP graduates continue to receive career development resources for the duration of their career with iCIMS.
