What We Consider in iCIMS Pricing
As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, iCIMS hosts and maintains your software solutions for you – our software isn't something you install on premise or operate out of your own data center. In this model, you simply purchase access to the software, so you'll be charged a monthly fee, as well as a one-time software implementation fee.
While there are a number of variables that can impact pricing, the two most influential are typically:
Products: How many iCIMS products are required to meet your needs? Will you be integrating with any of our partners?
Users: How many users will you have? We offer access to an unlimited number of hiring managers, but charge per user for recruiter and administrator users.
What We Don't Consider in iCIMS Pricing

How Much Data You'll Be Storing: We don't charge based on volume of data you need to store in the system. Keep the resumes coming!
Your Need for Configurations: The system is designed to provide access to tons of flexible options, which you can make directly, or with our help. No costly customization fees here.
Your Use of Customer Support: Each iCIMS customer receives complimentary 24x5 customer support by phone, web, and email, and is paired with a dedicated Account Manager for the duration of their time with us.
