Employee Onboarding

Employee onboarding is the process of moving a new hire from applicant to employee status ensuring paperwork is done, benefits administration is underway and orientation is completed. Onboarding involves acquiring, accommodating, assimilating and accelerating new team members into the culture of an organization.
