“Version 13.2 is one of our most powerful upgrades in the sense that both the front-end, seen by candidates, and the back-end, seen by HR professionals, have been greatly enhanced,” said iCIMS Chief Technical Officer, Paul Melici. “Recognizing how important social, mobile, and CRM are within talent acquisition, we’ve made it a priority to offer candidates a social- and mobile-friendly application process as well as provide HR professional with new recruitment marketing tools to help build and communicate with talent pools for their organizations.”
iCIMS is one of the only talent acquisition software providers to offers a free mobile career sites to all of its customers. The externally-facing career portals and social portals are mobile-optimized with responsive design, allowing candidates to search for jobs from any mobile device, such as tablets and smart phones, without being redirected to a new URL or downloading an app. When candidates finds that perfect job via their mobile devices, they can quickly and easily apply using a Social Profile login (LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google+) or upload a traditional resume from Dropbox or Google Drive.
Additionally, the release now allows recruiters to quickly communicate with passive candidates through iCIMS’ upgraded email campaign tools. This automates consistent “drip” engagement with talent pools in iCIMS Connect, a talent CRM, on everything from job offerings, to company news and culture, to upcoming events, which ultimately helps prepare and encourage candidates to apply.
To ensure a talent acquisition department’s efforts are effective, the 13.2 release also accommodates advanced analytics. Customers will now have the ability to pull multi-series reporting. The enhanced reports can simplify the way data is viewed by turning multiple bar, line, scatter, and time-series charts into one single chart in order to see multiple points of data at once. Additionally, the time-over-time report groupings, allow recruiters to group search results by time frame, day, month, year, etc., to view and document progress over time.
“In addition to the multi-series reporting, we made it a priority to improve the API search in the 13.2 release,” said Melici. “The search has been reorganized to make both accessing the resources needed for an API and facilitating integrations easier and support Big Data exports.”
iCIMS’ suite of talent acquisition solutions can be integrated with over 125 different service providers, making it possible to automate data transfers and create bi-directional data feeds to and from systems such as Orange Tree, Chequed, JobTarget, and Workday.
