iCIMS Launches 12.2; Featuring Google+ Social Applications and Improved Graphical Reporting

(December 6, 2012) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, announced today that the latest version of the Platform - 12.2 - is now available. The latest release’s features reinforce iCIMS’ core differentiators and allow users to more efficiently and effectively bring in top talent. Key new features include a new recruitment CRM product called “Connect,” enhanced Social Apply capabilities, greater resume parsing capabilities and more.
The 12.2 release augments the social capabilities introduced to the Talent Platform’s core functionality in the 12.1 software version released earlier this year. Jobseekers now have the option to apply for jobs using their Google+ account, in addition to the previously available options of Facebook and LinkedIn. Candidates who apply with their LinkedIn profiles can also link a second social media account, such as Google+ or Facebook, to provide a richer view of the candidate’s experience, education, and more. Further, recruiters who are signed in to LinkedIn will have the ability to search candidates, view profiles, filter results, and link a candidate’s LinkedIn profile alongside iCIMS’ platform.
Beyond improved social recruiting capabilities, iCIMS customers will also be able to gain and easily manage more information about prospective candidates from their traditional resumes. iCIMS’ superior resume parsing technology will now incorporate even more fields, including education, skills, and work history in addition to key contact details. This enhanced technology automatically creates candidate profiles within the system that are populated with important recruitment information about each individual.
