-The 9th Annual CAC to be held at iCIMS’ Corporate Headquarters-
MATAWAN, N.J. (August 21, 2012) – iCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, today announced that the company’s 9th annual Customer Advisory Council (CAC) will bring together a select group of customers to generate feedback pertaining to the company and its products. The event will take place from September 10th - 12th, with conference sessions being held at iCIMS’ newly acquired corporate headquarters in Matawan, NJ. iCIMS clients that will have representatives present at this year’s event include Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. and Stantec Consulting among numerous other companies.
iCIMS organizes the CAC each year in an effort to stay engaged with clients and continue to deliver a customer experience that is among the highest rated in the industry. The event affords the company the opportunity to share the most recent developments of the Talent Platform and preview future upgrades, and enables clients to offer their advice and propose their own ideas for prospective talent acquisition solution enhancements. This year’s CAC will incorporate the theme of “Beyond 1.0: Navigating the Talent Acquisition Revolution” and will focus on the innovation of social and mobile capabilities in the world of Human Resources.
Clients attending will be provided with a review of the evolution of iCIMS’ technology over the past year, in addition to an overview of the functionality to come within the 2013 Product Roadmap. An exclusive preview of the company’s newest offering, Connect, which is scheduled for release in December, will highlight the ways that customers will soon be able to actively engage passive candidates to strengthen their sourcing efforts and increase talent pools. Further, attendees will have the chance to directly influence the development of features within future Talent Platform releases by speaking with developers during breakout sessions and round table discussions. iCIMS’ partners Orange Tree Employment Services, Indeed.com, and FurstPerson are sponsoring the CAC sessions, with Orange Tree leading a roundtable discussion on compliance. In addition to hearing from iCIMS employees and sponsors, clients will be treated to a special presentation about the different ways candidates are leveraging social media within their job searches from guest speaker and expert career advisor, Miriam Salpeter.

Another new element to this year’s CAC is the highly anticipated first annual iCIMS Excellence Awards, which will be presented during the conference. The award program will allow iCIMS to honor customers that have successfully demonstrated innovation, efficiency, and results in their talent acquisition strategies while leveraging the Talent Platform.
