-iCIMS informs growing businesses about the evolution of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding practices–
HAZLET, N.J. (February 23, 2012) - iCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, announced today that the company will be featured at two human resource conferences this February. iCIMS will be an exhibitor and a presenter at Talent Management magazine’s Talent Strategies 2012 in New Orleans, LA, and ERE’s TLNT Transform 2012 conference in Austin, TX - both on February 27th and 28th.
The Talent Strategies 2012 Conference is aimed at bringing together HR leaders from some of the most respected organizations to discuss the future of human capital management. The two-day conference will include a workshop session hosted by iCIMS, entitled “The Future of Sourcing, Recruitment, and CRM.” Led by iCIMS’ Manager of Enterprise Client Relations, Kenny Eon, the session will explore how technology’s range of reaching potential applicants has grown to cover a wide variety of social media sites, job boards, and more. The interactive presentation will also cover the advantages an effective applicant tracking software (ATS) can provide, allowing businesses to thrive in the ever-changing online ecosystem of applicants.
The TLNT Transform 2012 conference, held in Palmer Event Center, will explore how HR initiatives can positively impact an organization’s bottom line. Featuring presentations and breakout sessions from over 20 leading HR practitioners and thought leaders, the conference includes an exhibit hall where iCIMS will be highlighted as a high-level sponsor.
“iCIMS is looking forward to being a part of both forward-thinking conferences,” said Susan Vitale, iCIMS’ Chief Strategic Officer. “With both events focused on innovation and social recruiting, iCIMS found the sponsorship opportunities to be a natural fit. The industry has undergone an evolution over the past 12-18 months, and we’re looking forward to sharing the iCIMS story with conference attendees.”
At the conferences iCIMS will give product demos of its recently upgraded Talent Platform, version 11.3. The latest release incorporates a variety of new features, many of which are innovations from the evolving world of social recruitment. The Social Resume feature allows recruiters to access real-time views of candidates’ social media profiles, to highlight current achievements and experience, while the Social Apply feature allows candidates to expedite the application process by pulling relevant information from their current Facebook or LinkedIn profile into the fields of their job application. When paired with iCIMS’ Social Recruit solution, clients can easily post jobs to social media outlets with minimal effort and enhance their employment branding, ultimately attracting more top talent to their organizations.
