Parigi 5 ottobre 2021 – iCIMS, annuncia oggi il rilascio di un nuovo prodotto, iCIMS Talent Cloud Opportunity Marketplace, per dare maggiore visibilità ai dipendenti sulle posizioni aperte e quindi proiettarsi a lungo termine con il loro attuale datore di lavoro. Questa nuova soluzione consentirà ai team HR e ai recruiter di migliorare i programmi di mobilità interna e la gestione dei talenti.
Secondo Deloitte, il 49% delle aziende non ha modo di identificare e facilitare la mobilità deipropri dipendenti in diverse posizioni interne e l’Annual Talent Acquisition Buyer Survey 2020 di IDC conferma che il 57% degli acquirenti di soluzioni HR considera la mobilità interna e la mappatura dei talenti come investimenti prioritari nel 2021.
