Milano (20 ottobre 2021) – Nonostante una carenza globale di talenti in un mercato del lavoro in cui la concorrenza non è mai stata più agguerrita, le aziende non sono abbastanza innovative e non considerano ancora l’esperienza del candidato una priorità. Infatti, secondo uno studio pubblicato oggi da iCIMS, azienda produttrice di soluzioni SaaS per l’acquisizione di talenti, oltre il 50% delle più importanti aziende europee non risponde ai candidati entro due settimane dalla loro candidatura. La maggior parte delle risposte viene inviata da un indirizzo generico, perdendo chiaramente l’opportunità di creare un rapporto di fiducia con i candidati personalizzando la comunicazione. Sebbene esista una tecnologia specificamente progettata per rendere più facile trovare offerte, il 91% delle aziende europee non dispone ancora di una chatbot sulla propria career page.
Il nuovo Candidate Experience Report di iCIMS ha analizzato i career site e il processo di candidatura delle principali aziende europee presenti nella lista Fortune 500. I risultati principali confermano che molte organizzazioni offrono ancora un’esperienza candidato che non soddisfa i requisiti imposti dal recruiting virtuale, anche se chiaramente si registra una chiara tendenza al miglioramento dei processi. Questo report aiuterà i team HR a valutare, confrontare e migliorare il processo di candidatura e l’esperienza dei candidati sui career site attraverso diverse soluzioni tecnologiche, al fine di attrarre i migliori talenti e rimanere competitivi.
