Veteran Microsoft Leader Laura Wallace Joins iCIMS as Senior VP of Sales

HOLMDEL, N.J. [January 24, 2019] –  iCIMS Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, announced today that Laura Wallace has joined the company as the senior vice president of sales, responsible for solving clients’ challenges, driving sales and leading the growing team of 100 sales representatives.

Prior to joining iCIMS, Wallace spent 14 years at Microsoft, most recently as the vice president of U.S. health and life sciences business, where she built new industry solutions teams, drove partner engagement and led a direct sales organization to deliver double-digit growth to the business. From 2014 to 2016, Wallace was a general manager of business strategy within Microsoft’s U.S. Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG). For the seven years previously, Wallace served as general manager of Microsoft’s New York Metro area, growing revenue from $620M to $1.3B. Prior to first joining Microsoft in 2003 as the district general manager for Northern California, Wallace held leadership roles with IBM, Lotus Development and start-ups.

Wallace joins iCIMS at a pivotal time. In 2018, Vista Equity Partners invested in iCIMS to accelerate future growth; grew by more than 20 percent; introduced a suite of standalone solutions; established strategic partnerships with leading payroll and HRIS providers connecting recruiting data with employee management platforms; and expanded its marketplace to more than 230 third-party solutions enabling employers to use their preferred recruiting solutions seamlessly with their best-in-class talent acquisition solution.

In the coming twelve months, iCIMS will launch a new recruitment marketing solution and embed programmatic recruitment advertising to enable employers to find the best candidates while improving the ROI on their ad spend. iCIMS will also introduce a single portal for candidates to manage all job applications and control their personal data.
