(October 3, 2017) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, will host its iCIMS Women in Technology event on October 17th from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., focusing on addressing the gender gap in the technology industry. The panel discussion and networking event will feature a keynote presentation by VP & Chief Information Security Officer of Johnson & Johnson, Marene Allison and honored guest Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.
A powerhouse panel discussion titled, “Women in Business in a Tech World,” moderated by Jennifer Scandariato, director of test engineering at iCIMS, will include Technology Leadership Consultant, Theresa Hennesy; Certified Investment Management Analyst from Wharton Business School, Deanna Farrugia; Vice President and Relationship Manager at PNC Bank, Christina Youngblood; Technical Account Manager at iCIMS, Amber Brown.
Proactively addressing the gender gap in the technology industry, the iCIMS Women in Technology initiative empowers both male and female employees to take advantage of leadership training opportunities, develop mentor relationships, and recognize the success that all employees can have, regardless of gender.
