Adam Feigenbaum is the Chief Customer Officer for iCIMS, ultimately responsible for the experience of iCIMS' customers and impact that their partnership with iCIMS has on their business. Feigenbaum joined iCIMS shortly after it was founded and helped build the company into the world's largest software provider dedicated to talent acquisition with $200 million annual recurring revenue and more than 4,000 clients, including nearly 20% of F100 companies, hiring 4 million people each year.
In his current role, Feigenbaum is the executive sponsor for iCIMS' Voice of the Customer program, ensuring that iCIMS' global sales and customer service delivery strategies are integrated and optimized to create an unparalleled customer experience. Previously, he served as iCIMS' Director of Sales from 2003-2009. Additionally, Feigenbaum's tenure and experience in helping senior human resources and talent acquisition executives manage the critical intersection of technology and talent acquisition has earned him numerous national speaking credits that include the SHRM Talent Conference, Human Resource Executive's HR Technology Conference, along with many regional engagements around the country. A lifelong New Jersey native, Feigenbaum also proudly holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University - School of Business.
