- When it comes to transferring your existing recruiting data into the iCIMS talent platform, our team will take care of everything. As part of your initial implementation of the Talent Platform, we provide consultative services to migrate any information you may already have, from raw candidate data (i.e. resumes) to relational data associated with those candidate records (notes, jobs, etc.). The iCIMS Technical Staff can even facilitate the migration of job libraries and Hiring Manager data into the platform so you have everything you need in one place. - Integration
- iCIMS will help users automate the pre-hire recruiting process and transfer data from the Talent Platform into preferred third-party HRIS, ERP, and Payroll systems. Integrations are developed to facilitate the employee's on-boarding process, single sign-on authentication and ability to update the job library stored in the Talent Platform and data from external systems. Basic integrations ensure that simple exports of data from iCIMS can be delivered into various backend solutions. Advanced integrations have been developed on behalf of clients, making it possible to automate data transfers and create bi-directional data feeds to and from iCIMS' Talent Platform with systems such as Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, ADP, Lawson, and more.
